It's great being able to edit in preview mode, but FLS 9.6 beta crashed when I tried it with the new JS3 beta:

Don't know about you guys but I found this latest beta terribly unstable: it had never crashed so often. In a couple of minutes of use it has crashed three times! I'm really frustrated, so many awaited improvements! I hope Ralph can figure out what's going on ASAP.

I got back to the latest official release (3.02): Every little thing is alright now.
Looking forward to a new Beta, with those new improvemets and hopefully more stable this time.

AppHang again. This was with REAPER 3.72pre3, Windows 7 x86, when I tried to select a different bar for preview mode in JS3.

No problem, that is why it is Beta. We had to change a lot of things for the new stuff to work. We'll get this fixed.

Renan_lima: any specific actions that cause crashes for you?

We are unable to produce any crashing with 3.1 B3 with various OS's and hosts. Please tell us specific steps to produce crashing. Also, if you do not have any crashes, let us know as well. Need your help to track this down.

I was using the new features like editing in preview mode. The first time it crashed was when I simply pressed the preview button while it was playing. Then I restarted Reaper and tried it one more time, and it crashed once again. It had never happened while using the previous releases. Keep up the good work!

Hi Ralph,
tried the new Beta and found that it crashes Cubase 5.5 and Live 8.2.1 at the end of a song. It's fine as long as Jamstix has something to play (I did not try the new features or did any other tricky things, I simply started the host and let it run), but when the last bar is played the host crashes on the next 1. Transport stops and the last sound is repeated over and over and the hosts don't react anymore and have to be closed via task manager.
OS is Windows7 64bit.
