I think we finally figured that one out. Just released Beta 8 with a fix.

Can't use JS2 beta 8 with REAPER 3.06, It crashes when REAPER loads.

Just installed JS2 2.5.1 release (no kits), replaced DLL with 2.5.2 beta 8.

Scans and loads without no problems in REAPER 3.06 here.

Try loading Middle East Preset in REAPER 3.06, please tell me what happens.
Went back to JS2 Beta 7 and all is fine.

What kits do I need to have Middle East preset? I have JS2 installed with no kits currently and I cannot find it but I can install them to test; please give some more detail.

I've tried loading presets at random and no problems other than some missing sounds...

Interesting, Sonic, it works fine here with beta 8 and Reaper 3.0.6 loading any Jamcussion preset.

Ah ok, it's a jamcussion preset; no problem loading it here as well, REAPER 3.06, JS2 DLL 2.5.2 beta 8 applied over 2.5.1.

Nope it's a clash with JS2 beta8 & REAPER 3.06. Tried everything had to go back to beta 7

Please send me rzdlog.txt from My Documents\Jamstix after loading the preset with Beta 8.
