Is there a way to manually install on a Mac? The Manager doesn't run (just bounces a few times and then quits) with the Console error mentioned elsewhere on this site.
Is the Jamstix 4 Data platform independent? I now have all of the Jamstix 4 Data downloaded (Ultimate purchase) through Windows, just need the Mac AU/VST.. unless those don't work with Big Sur either. Windows Manager of course only downloads the Windows VSTs.
Intel Big Sur (not M1).

Check your security settings.
Manually install on Mac?
Curious if anyone might still be looking at this topic? I just purchased Jamstix and am also having trouble installing it on my mac. Same issues as described here - icon bounces in the tray, then disappears without actually opening.
I checked my security settings... they did't seem to know what to do either.
I've scoured around the web and haven't found anything that works. Has anyone actually figured this out?
I'm running a 2018 mac mini, intel, OSX 11

Manually install on Mac?
I had the same issue on Monteray and was not able to fix it . I have to say ... at that time I was a Mac newbie as I had been a nimble windows user up to then .
I downgraded to Catalina and things are working . Yes, you do need to disable many security features which or fairly common knowledge to have unsigned apps installed but Catalina is solid on 2018 MacBook Pro Catalina 10.15.7 for me with the beta .... the vst gui is a bit odd but nothing I cant handle and it is very stable .. running with Superior Drummer full
Its my primary drum tool . Im too cautious to try Monteray again but it might happen . Nothing beats this Jamtix thang!
Really miss midi import
Happy to hear anyone getting the installer to run on Monteray
1st Post --- Respect to the Jamstix Team ! ..... I don't want to function without it !
