Darn! JS No Longer Outputting Stereo

I'm using JS 2.5.2, hosted by Sonar 6, running under WinXP. Today I can't get a stereo output from JS, when playing back a midi track in drum module mode, when playing back in jam with no input mode, or when adjusting pan positions of individual drums in the sound editor page.

Last night, JS was playing beautiful stereo and I was able to render a perfect stereo tom track, which I can listen to today, and verify the difference.

What am I doing wrong?

Changing Ambience send to last output doesn't effect the stereo.

Make sure 'Width' in the mixer is not closed.
