MIDI timing - Win 7 - Presonus Studio One - Screenshot Incl.

I attached a screen shot to describe what I am seeing.

I am trying to narrow down a problem that I am having, and wonder if anyone else see's this. I basically am using JS2 to output MIDI into an instrument track in Studio One. The MIDI timing is off. You can see in the screenshot what I mean. It may be Studio One, Windows 7, or JS2...just not sure.

I can say that recording MIDI through my FireStudio seems to be accurate.

Anyone able to test?

The human drummer models have timing settings for 'feel'. Do you still get the offsets if the 'feel' settings in the brain are zeroed?

I posted a similar sort of question yesterday (See midi event timing question). My point about feel is that the first kick that invariably appears on the first beat of the bar should be on the very first tick of that bar. Then any feel is then imparted by where the other hits in the bar are played in relation to that first hit.
I don't see the point of all hits being delayed - which you seem to be getting here. It stops the drums driving the track.
The first hit of a bar should play on time in relation to the beats bar grid of the sequencer (I stress, for the first beat of the bar). All timing and feel of both the drums and other instruments needs to come from this solid reference point.

As posted in another thread, you can use the 'Pocket' setting in the brain to drive or lay back. You can also use the global 'Timing' slider.
