JS4 (free) - suddenly gone quiet in Cubase 10... ?

Well, as it happens the fault has happened again. Same thing... the first part of the song "intro" has vanished. But this time it plays a couple of bars and then goes silent. If this quirk persists I'll definitely send through the log files!

Odd problem. I noticed the first part of the song had somehow gotten deleted. It was a 2-bar 'intro'. Now I would have thought the song would have still played without, it would have just been offset by two bars, but for ...

Jamstix and Cubase 8 on Mac - great!

Unfortunately C8 on a Windows platform is not so great... and I'm having particular problems with JS. In contrast it was solid with Cubase 7.5.x
