A few issues with Protools

Hello all,

I am a new user of Jamstix as it now has an RTAS plugin :) So I use it on Protools (under Win 7 - 64) for a few days, and I have some issues I can't solve:
1. On the mixer tab there is only 1 fader! I can't have the others no matter what I choose as the output configuration. Everything is automatically set on the 1st (and only) output.
2. I can't access the mixer options. When I click the icon, nothing happens. It seems that it is unavailable.
3. When I am in the audio jam mode everything works perfectly: the volume/intensity button reacts to the audio input level but I can hear the audio input, and I didn't find a way to mute it, as I prefer to manage thoses sounds with the Protools mixer, or have them completely muted.
4. I can't find a way to trigger Superior Drummer 2 with the midi out. The midi out light is on when playing, but how do you route the midi data to Superior Drummer in Protools? Maybe Protools just can't do that.

Some help would be very appreciated.

Thank you for this outstanding virtual drums player :)

JS RTAS is single stereo output at this time. We'll have an update soon that will fix this.

Which icon is that?

I'm not too experienced with ProTools but in most hosts you can mute a track post FX so that audioM8 sees the data but after that it is muted by the host.

We need an PT expert for that. I'm afraid MIDI routing in PT is likely to be less sophisticated than in other hosts.

Sorry, I meant the little orange triangle in the mixer tab, the one next to the EQ button. It says "Opens the mixer menu" but nothing happens when I click on it.

About the Audio Jam mode, audioM8 doesn't work (or I don't know how to use it). What I do is I send the audio directly to the track where Jamstix is inserted, and I mute the audio track. Jamstix receives the data and the power knob reacts to it BUT I can hear the audio on the Jamstix track, and of course if I mute it, I also mute Jamstix. Any suggestion?

Open mixer menu button doesn't work with VST version 3.5, either Ralph...

Yes, the mixer menu is missing in V3.5, we'll get that added soon.
