OS X release Jamstix 4?

who'd have guessed!? Now, there's a couple of hints you guys leaked as to what keeps you from delivering as planned! I suppose I am not exaggerating that you must have been going through a pretty step learning curve in bringing this miracle to life, while trying to keep it a commercially sensical/sound ad/venture!?
I can only assume that you've been most concerned not engage in any lasting/binding commitments, financially or otherwise, to any more individuals than the "handful of buddies" (I guess!?) that you seem to be!? Otherwise, the delay would be inexcusable!
Does "private beta " about to beginn suggest that, unless any serious issues pop up, we are away from a release within a handful of weeks, or am I, again, already dreaming a lot better than I should!??
