My best loved kick drum sound is here in this song at 50 sec and more. maybe other like such a Kick drum too ?
https://soundcloud.com/peter-mor-1/main-theme

Maybe such a powerful kick drum sound can add in jamstix 4. I have now buy jamstix 3. most i miss is a powerfull and good sounding bass drum. there is not much offer in basedrums. I find the Kick MP Renown Full CS come closest what i like. I dont know what basedrum it is, but there is not possible to save and reload the settings of velocity of Adjust max and volume min. All ist set to middle after load song or kit. Dyn is not possible.seem it is no multilayer sample. The level of the drum can change with vol knob. It sound good, but not so good as the bass drum in soundcloud i link.;-)

Maybe this kick drum can enhance with settings in jamstix more ???

Why don't you send the bass drum out on its own midi channel and use that to drive the drum synth of your choice. You are not stuck with the sounds JS offers.

I have not the kickdrum sound(its not my song), and i dont know how i can get it . so my question was, if maybe somebody can tell how i can create it or if more users like the drum sound or RZ like the drum sound, and such a sound is add in jamstix 4. or jamstix 4 offer more kick drums.
Maybe i can get it when jamstix 4 allow layer of sound. I get in mind, maybe it is a mix of tom and kick sound, or 2 kicks diffrent tune

Thomas go ahead and get JS3 it's awesome. Nothing else out there is like it.

Development with Jamstix updates tends to be very, very slow. That's ok because what they are doing is very complex and once a new version is released it is well worth the upgrade price.

Would just be gutted to buy it now then see the upgrade is miles better - but then $50 isn't too much. Do you have clips of your songs using jamstix?

Ok, going to just take the plunge and buy it... :)

Would like to see jamstix drums trouncing EZDrummer, BFD etc - then it'd be the ultimate drum program.

JS3 can control any drum software. Do a search since that is how most of us use it. You just need to Midi Out only which will bypass the Jamstix sounds.

There are already midi maps made within Jamstix for Steven a Slate and Toontrack so it is super easy to setup.

What do you use it with, EZDrummer?
I think it's such a shame to have to buy another program just for drums sounds - I'm going to see about tweaking those that come with jamstix.

Don't get me wrong the sounds in Jamstix are fine. However, where it shines is the brain and playing styles. You can literally get about any result you want if you work at it. Nothing else does this. Keep in mind the learning curve is steep but you will be glad you learned it.

Where the other drum programs shine is in the sounds themselves. They are all very weak in creating interactive drum patterns. When you marry your favorite drum sounds with Jamstix it is awesome.

What DAW are you using?

The thing about jamstix sounds is that they are very raw, so to make them shine you have to know how to properly mix drums.
