JS 3.0.1 manual still the latest (since 3.1 just released)

Just downloaded the JS 3 manual from the "Library" link, but it still says it's the 3.0.1 version -- presumably that's still the latest version of the manual?

Just an idea:

Perhaps it is worth adding a version number or date to the items on the Library page. That way, people will know which ones they should download.
