Does it advance past bar 1? If not then you must set FL to song mode so it plays a whole song.

OK, on a lark (thinking about how RealGuitar is triggered) I put a triggering bar (MIDI signal?) on the Jamstix channel piano roll way down at G0 and now the Jamstix plays.

Is this the proper note position or should I put my triggering impulse somewhere else?

Update - looks like I have to fill in FL's song piano roll with playlist clips running the entire length of the song to get Jamstix to advance past bar 1 in song mode and play the whole song ...

Thanks for quick response!

Just to clariify - I removed the playlist clips from the Jamstix channel in the song piano roll, and instead inserted some piano tracks on their own channel. Again, Jamstix worked perfectly and plays the song.

So perhaps somewhere it should be noted that Jamstix will not play in FL in Jam mode if the FL song piano roll is completely empty? Or am I stating the obvious and should have known better?

Anyway, thanks again for the quick help.

Hi-

JS 3.0.2, FLS 9 (also happens with the 9.6 beta)

This happens in FLS 9 and the 9.6 beta, but not in REAPER or SONAR (same JS song file). Nearly every hit gets X-ed out as the song plays unless I uncheck "Enable Limb Controls". The status bar shows reasons like "Transition time from snare side" even if the instrument [i:cbb0deac9e]is [/i:cbb0deac9e]the snare side and the hits are on beats 3 & 4, for example.

I'd prefer to leave "Enable Limb Controls" checked, but it's hard to work on the song with so many hits being "skipped" (they [i:cbb0deac9e]do [/i:cbb0deac9e]sound, even though they're being X-ed out).

The same song file plays as expected with just a few notes X-ed out in SONAR and REAPER.

Has anyone seen this? BTW, I have "Smart disable" disabled in the wrapper options.

Thanks-

-Susan

Please go to JS3 Options and reset the limb timing settings.

Hi Ralph-

Ok, I tried that, still the same problem. I never changed those, and they didn't move when I clicked "Reset Values".

Thanks-
