Just want to thank Ralph here in public about his fantastic support. I installed JS3 on my portable rig, & couldn't get all my drummers to load. Sent him an e-mail, & within a couple hours (tops, probably less), he sent me a new key & everything's right again...
Super guy that stands by his product, & takes very good care of his customers. I've never saw better customer support, anywhere...
